Requirements: Previous customer service experience, especially in live chat or support, is preferred. Excellent written communication skills with a friendly, clear, and concise tone. Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Knowledge of Netflix products and services is a plus but not required. Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
