About the role: We are seeking a skilled Data Entry Specialist to join our team at Easy Recruiter. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for accurately processing and managing data with precision. Key Responsibilities: ?? Process all invoices in INFOR with utmost care and attention to detail. ?? Verify GL Coding and Purchase Order creation as required, ensuring seamless execution. ?? Receive, stamp, and distribute incoming invoices for timely approval. ?? Maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems for processed invoices. ?? Collaborate with the Admin Office Manager as needed, providing support for various tasks.

Additional Requirements: ?? Prior experience in data entry is essential, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. ?? Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is a must, with advanced knowledge preferred. ?? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for effective collaboration. ?? Familiarity with office equipment and supplies is also required. ?? A pre-placement drug/alcohol screen must be passed prior to hiring.
