This independent contractor position (1099) offers the flexibility to engage with students online while following the school district's academic calendar. You will have immediate opportunities to begin teaching based on available placements upon successful completion of the application and training process.
Key Responsibilities

Inspire creativity and enthusiasm within a virtual learning framework, ensuring lessons are engaging and interactive.
Develop tailored strategies that foster student learning and strengthen relationships with your students.
Create lesson plans that are consistent with the prescribed curriculum for each respective class.

Qualifications

Access to a laptop or desktop computer, webcam, headset, and stable internet connection is essential.
Prior online teaching experience is preferred but not a strict requirement.
