Job Description:
We are seeking detail-oriented and motivated Online Data Entry Specialists to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, reviewing, and maintaining accurate data records for various operational and customer-related processes. This position offers the flexibility of working from home while contributing to the success of one of the world's leading airlines.
Key Responsibilities: Accurately input data into Deltas systems and databases. Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness. Maintain data confidentiality and adhere to company data security protocols. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to resolve discrepancies or obtain additional information. Meet daily and weekly productivity goals.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and data entry software. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
