Special Education Teacher ?? Full-Time (Ohio)

Location: Ohio (Remote or In-person)

Hourly Pay: $36 - $41 per hour (based on experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our team in Ohio. This full-time position offers competitive hourly pay and the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of students with diverse learning needs.

Responsibilities: ?? Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities ?? Provide direct instruction, accommodations, and modifications to meet the educational needs of students ?? Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure students' success ?? Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed ?? Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and documentation ?? Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and other school-related events ?? Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student growth and independence

Requirements: ?? Bachelor's degree in Special Education (Master's preferred) ?? Ohio teaching certification/license in Special Education ?? Experience working with students with a variety of disabilities (e.g., autism, learning disabilities, emotional disturbances) ?? Strong communication and organizational skills ?? Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators, parents, and support staff ?? Passion for working with students and helping them achieve their fullest potential

Compensation & Benefits:
