About the position

TEKsystems is seeking Fraud Member Service Representatives to join a Fortune 100 Financial Institution. This remote position requires one week of onsite training and involves responding to member inquiries in a high-volume contact center environment. The role focuses on providing exceptional customer service, performing transactions, and advising members on products and services.

Responsibilities
?? Respond to inquiries and requests from members within a 24/7 high volume contact center operation.

?? Provide information regarding the company's products and services, ensuring optimal member experience.
,
?? Perform transactions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts.
,
?? Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs.
,
?? Handle a call volume of 80-100+ calls daily.

Requirements
?? High School Diploma/GED required.
,
?? 1-2 years of recent customer service experience in call center, collections, or banking.
,
?? Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume call center environment.
