Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Mortgage Loan Processor role located in Yuma, AZ at MortgageOne, Inc. The Mortgage Loan Processor will be responsible for compiling a complete and thorough loan file according to mortgage industry standards as well as agency guidelines. Communicating between Loan Officers and our local Underwriter, as well as managing loans on a daily basis.

Qualifications
?? Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending skills
?? Loan Processing and Underwriting experience
?? Experience in managing loans
?? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
?? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
?? Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and compliance
?? Excellent communication skills with borrowers and team members
?? Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
?? Encompass software experience is a plus
