Support Engineer - Digital Banking

Requirements: ?? High School Diploma required; Bachelor??s Degree preferred ?? 3+ years of experience in engineering, production support, system administration, or related rolesrequired ?? Strong understanding of SRE principles and practices ?? Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (i.e., New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog) ?? Proficiency in scripting languages (i.e., Python, Bash) ?? Familiarity with cloud platforms (i.e., AWS is preferred) ?? Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (i.e., Docker, Kubernetes) ?? Experience with configuration management tools (i.e., Ansible, Puppet, Chef) ?? Experience with incident management tools (i.e., PagerDuty, OpsGenie) ?? Knowledge of database management and tuning (i.e., SQL, NoSQL)
