About the position

As a Treasury/Funds Transfer Analyst (GOV) within PNC's E-Commerce organization, you will be responsible for executing fund transfers, resolving client inquiries, and monitoring transactions. This remote position requires attention to detail and compliance with financial regulations, ensuring a high level of service for corporate clients. The role involves working with Canadian processing and includes an 8-week training period.

Responsibilities
?? Executes funds transfers of multiple types and varying complexity using multiple processing platforms under general supervision.

?? Initiates a subset of manual transactions, resolves routine exceptions, and/or provides secondary approval of initiated/repaired transactions.

?? Performs high-level financial reconciliation of processed transactions and investigates reconciliation exceptions.

?? Monitors live transactions within multiple processing applications, addressing exceptions according to standard policies and procedures.

?? Ensures compliance with the control framework and reports potential conflicts with relevant regulations.

?? Participates in basic change management activities upon request.

Requirements
?? Associates degree or equivalent experience required.

?? 3+ years of related experience or product knowledge.

?? Knowledge of account reconciliations, application processing, and control frameworks.
