Key Responsibilities

?? Business Development: Proactively identify and secure client opportunities, leveraging your network and knowledge of the East Coast and broader U.S. market to drive revenue.
?? Strategic Planning: Develop a comprehensive business plan to identify key growth areas, potential clients, and emerging opportunities within the US investment banking space over the next year.
?? Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition strategies.
?? Candidate Sourcing: Identify top-tier candidates at all levels across multiple sectors for high-profile investment banking roles, focusing on quality over quantity.

Qualifications
