What Youll Do
Develop and execute a sales strategy to establish partnerships with health payors.
Present and pitch our cancer support program .
Build strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders within payors.
Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.
Provide feedback to the team on market trends and opportunities for growth.
What Were Looking For
Proven Experience: At least 3 years of sales or business development experience in healthcare or insurance.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with payer models, health benefits, and value-based care.
Strong Network: Connections with decision-makers in insurance companies are a big plus.
Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to articulate value propositions and build trust with partners.
Self-Starter: Motivated to succeed in a fast-paced startup environment.
Results-Oriented: Driven by performance metrics and closing deals.
