About the position

As a Manager of Project Management at Capital One, you will drive strategy and execute high-priority projects within the Financial Oversight, Reporting, & Controls Execution team. This role involves overseeing financial controls and governance for Retail Bank's Real Estate Operations and Capital Investment, ensuring effective vendor management and financial analytics to support decision-making processes.

Responsibilities
?? Lead projects and programs, providing strategic direction to teams and partners.

?? Develop, monitor, and present financial forecasts and budgets for Retail Bank's Facility Management and Capital Plan.

?? Implement and improve financial controls and governance processes to ensure accuracy and vendor compliance.

?? Negotiate and track Third-Party Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
,
?? Manage vendor relationships, serving as the primary contact for finance, utility management, payroll, etc.

?? Use problem-solving and influencing skills to mitigate risk and align stakeholders.

?? Collaborate cross-functionally to provide strategic and tactical support.

?? Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomes.

Requirements
?? At least 4 Years of Project Management

?? At least 2 years experience in financial analysis

?? At least 2 years of Vendor Management experience
