We are seeking a dynamic Sales Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance sales and leadership, with a passion for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Quote and close insurance sales
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Train, coach, and mentor sales associates on product knowledge and sales techniques
• Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are optimized
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms for purchasing products

Requirements

• Previous experience as in insurance sales leadership
• Ability to recruit, interview, and train staff effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
