Position Overview
We're seeking a dedicated P/T tax preparer with strong California tax expertise. While our tax volume is manageable, we prioritize exceptional client service and attention to detail. Required Qualifications
EA or CPA certification (active and in good standing)
3-5 years of tax preparation experience
Strong knowledge of California tax laws and regulations
Extensive experience with individual and business tax returns
Proven track record of excellent client service
Proficiency with cloud-based accounting applications (QBO, Proconnect, Karbon)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with remote work environments
Knowledge of current tax technology trends
History of maintaining client relationships
Background in paperless tax preparation
