About the position

The Senior Director, Health Plan Growth (Commercial and Regulated Markets) is responsible for providing strategic vision and guidance to drive growth for health plan partners in commercial and regulated markets. This role involves cultivating innovation, leading a team to support health plan partners in achieving their growth and retention goals, and ensuring alignment with market and regulatory trends. The Senior Director will oversee a comprehensive growth support model, collaborate with various teams, and drive strategies to enhance client engagement and market differentiation.

Responsibilities
• Provide strategic vision and guidance for health plan growth in commercial and regulated markets.

• Cultivate innovation to enhance the Health Plan Growth support model.
,
• Lead a team to provide collaborative support and market insights to health plan partners.
,
• Drive a comprehensive coordinated team strategy for continuous improvement in client growth.
,
• Collaborate with Senior Director, Health Plan Growth (Commercial and Pricing Consultation) on Go-To-Market strategies.
,
• Accountable for driving 3% lives growth annually, equating to ~45M in additional margin.
,
• Assess regulatory requirements in Medicare, Medicaid, and Marketplace markets.
,
• Influence and direct roadmaps for market differentiation while meeting client expectations.
,
• Develop and optimize talent within the team to maintain industry differentiation.
,
• Secure new business prospects and retain existing health plan clients through effective partnerships.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
,
• 10-14 years of relevant experience in the PBM and health plan industry.
,
• Detailed knowledge of commercial markets and experience driving growth.
,
• Expertise in the regulated markets landscape.
,
• Strong skills in process optimization and measurement.
,
• Ability to work cross-functionally and develop key relationships with senior leaders.
,
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and communicate a vision.
,
• Experience in attracting and developing high-performing teams.

Nice-to-haves
• Experience in sales prospecting and RFP consultation.

• Knowledge of market consultation strategies for client growth opportunities.
