Remote Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent | WFH

Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries regarding insurance policies, claims, and general inquiries. Assist clients with policy updates, billing questions, and claims. Manage customer accounts, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Educate customers on available coverage options and benefits to ensure they make informed decisions. Address customer concerns with professionalism and empathy, resolving issues promptly and effectively. Support the State Farm Agents goals and initiatives by contributing to office performance metrics. Help clients understand how their insurance coverage impacts their lives and how they can adjust it to meet their needs. Process insurance applications, claims forms, and other necessary documentation.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred). Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while remaining motivated and productive. A genuine desire to help and serve others with a customer-first attitude. Proficiency in using computer systems, including basic software and CRM tools. Must have reliable internet access and a quiet, dedicated home office space. Willingness to learn and grow in the insurance industry.
