What You'll Do:
?? Assess & Evaluate: Conduct virtual assessments to understand students' needs and determine eligibility for special education services.
?? Create & Implement: Develop tailored Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that align with each student??s unique learning goals.
?? Teach & Support: Provide engaging instruction and support through our online platform to ensure student progress.
?? Collaborate: Work closely with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a seamless educational experience.
?? Document: Keep precise records of student progress, services provided, and communication.

What We??re Looking For:
?? Educational Background: Master??s degree or higher in Special Education or a related field.
?? Certification: Valid state teaching certification in Special Education.
?? Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a Special Education role.
?? Tech Savvy: Comfortable using technology for virtual instruction and assessments.
?? Communication Skills: Strong ability to connect and build rapport in a virtual setting.
?? Commitment: Dedicated to providing exceptional education and support to students with diverse needs.
