Key Responsibilities: ?? Assist in the sterilization of medical instruments, equipment, and supplies according to established protocols. ?? Follow strict guidelines and procedures to ensure all items are properly cleaned, disinfected, and sterilized. ?? Monitor and document sterilization processes, maintaining accurate records and logs. ?? Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of sterilization equipment. ?? Ensure the sterilization area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety and regulatory standards. ?? Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements. ?? Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of sterilization techniques and safety protocols.

Qualifications: ?? High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a health science field is a plus. ?? Attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions. ?? Strong organizational and time-management skills. ?? Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. ?? Willingness to learn and adhere to safety standards and protocols. ?? Prior experience in a healthcare or laboratory setting is a plus but not required.

Compensation:

The hourly wage for this position is $18-$19 an hour
