Remote Sales & Customer Service Agent

Position Overview:
Fite Strategies is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Customer Service Representative to connect with businesses and homeowners, scheduling appointments for free service estimates. This role offers a flexible schedule, competitive commission-based earnings, and the opportunity to expand into direct-to-consumer sales.

Key Responsibilities: ?? Conduct outbound outreach to businesses, securing appointments for free service estimates. ?? Professionally engage with potential customers, effectively communicating the value of our services. ?? Maintain accurate records of scheduled appointments and customer interactions. ?? Optionally, engage in direct-to-consumer sales, earning a commission of 20% on completed jobs. ?? Consistently meet productivity expectations, booking an average of two appointments per hour.

Qualifications: ?? Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ?? Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. ?? Previous sales or customer service experience preferred but not required. ?? Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Compensation & Benefits:
?? Competitive pay structure with per-appointment earnings as well as percentage of the total job price if the appointment results in a sale.
?? Additional percentage commission on successfully closed jobs for direct-to-consumer sales.
