Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining a well-organized store environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail sales, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping customers find the products they need.

Responsibilities
?? Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
?? Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
?? Operate cash registers and Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently while ensuring accurate transactions.
?? Maintain stock levels by organizing merchandise on shelves and restocking items as needed.
?? Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory and assist with pricing adjustments.
?? Ensure a clean and organized sales floor, including managing product displays and promotional materials.
?? Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Requirements
?? Previous experience in retail sales store environments or food service is preferred.
?? Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
?? Familiarity with POS systems.
?? Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
?? Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
?? Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stock management and merchandising.
?? Flexibility to work various shifts, including afternoons and weekends as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 ?? 35 per week
