?? Work Environment: Fully Remote (Serve Students in Alaska)
?? Caseload: PreK-12 (Determined by Experience & District Needs)
?? Start Date: Immediate openings available
?? Schedule: Flexible hours (Full-Time or Part-Time)
?? Compensation: $45-50/hr based on experience

Responsibilities: ?? Conduct virtual psychoeducational evaluations and assessments to identify students' needs. ?? Develop and implement intervention plans to address emotional, behavioral, and academic challenges. ?? Provide individual and group counseling via a secure virtual platform. ?? Support students with anxiety, behavioral issues, learning disabilities, and emotional disorders. ?? Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to create a positive learning environment. ?? Participate in IEP meetings, goal-setting discussions, and crisis intervention planning. ?? Utilize research-based methodologies to improve student success in school. ?? Document progress notes, reports, and recommendations in compliance with school and state guidelines.

Required Qualifications: ?? Master??s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology. ?? Alaska Type C Special Services Certificate required. ?? At least two years of experience working as a school psychologist preferred. ?? Comfortable using teletherapy platforms (training provided). ?? Strong communication and problem-solving skills. ?? Ability to work independently while collaborating with school teams remotely. ?? Reliable high-speed internet and up-to-date technology for online services.
