Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service to airline passengers in Portuguese.
Assist customers with questions regarding bookings, cancellations, and travel-related concerns.

Requirements
Fluency in Portuguese is essential; proficiency in English is also required.
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a remote work environment with strong organizational skills.
Familiarity with airline booking systems and customer relationship management software is a plus.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
