Ron Hoover RV & Marine Centers is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our team! This role is critical in structuring deals, securing financing approvals, and ensuring smooth transactions for our valued customers.

?? Key Responsibilities:

? Maximize profitability by structuring deals effectively
? Submit deals to lenders and secure prompt approvals
? Close deals efficiently while ensuring a seamless customer experience
? Prepare complete and accurate deal packages with proper documentation
? Ensure timely funding of all contracts
? Follow company policies and compliance regulations in all financing processes

?? Qualifications:

??? Experience in Marine, RV or Automotive F&I management preferred
??? Strong knowledge of finance and insurance processes
??? Excellent negotiation and closing skills
??? Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
??? Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
