Team Member/Barista

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and customer-oriented individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced caf?environment. As a Team Member at Tim Hortons, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, Food preparation, order taking/cashier all while ensuring customer satisfaction and cleanliness!

Shift Availability

morning: need to be available 4am,5am,6am

Afternoon: need to be available till 8pm at minimum

Duties
?Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and standards.
?Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately using POS systems.
?Maintain cleanliness and organization of the caf?area, including equipment, counters, and seating areas.
?Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
?Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
?Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of supplies and ingredients.
?Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance overall customer experience.

Experience
?Previous experience in food service or retail is preferred but not required.
?Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods.
?Familiarity with caf?operations, including knowledge of coffee brewing techniques is a plus.
?Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
?Experience with cash registers or POS systems is desirable but not mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
