Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Location: San Antonio, TX

Pay range: $80,000 - $85,000

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee and manage HR operations for our organization. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of HR experience and a strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices. This role will involve developing and implementing HR strategies, supporting employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities: ?Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding. ?Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals. ?Oversee performance management processes and support professional development initiatives. ?Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations. ?Manage employee benefits, payroll processes, and workplace safety programs. ?Serve as a point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and conflict resolution. ?Drive employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture. ?Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications: ?Bachelor? degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). ?Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with a strong generalist background. ?Solid understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices. ?Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. ?Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. ?HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday
