Warehouse General Laborer

We are looking for two individuals to start at 8am Monday morning!

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks within a warehouse environment, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.

Responsibilities
?Load and unload products from trucks and containers, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
?Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels by organizing products in the warehouse.
?Assist in picking and packing orders for shipment, ensuring all items are accounted for and correctly labeled.
?Build pallets for storage or shipping, ensuring stability and safety during transport.
?Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
?Follow all safety protocols and procedures while operating heavy equipment or performing manual labor tasks.

Experience
?Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not required.
?Familiarity with order fulfillment processes, including picking, packing, and shipping is a plus.
?Experience operating heavy equipment is beneficial; training may be provided for the right candidate.
?Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
?Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team are essential.
