PURPOSE: The Logistics Specialist Hybrid plays a crucial dual role within the organization. This specialist is responsible for comprehensive management of all Government Furnished Equipment and ANAM non-expendable properties that include but not limited to clients, servers, network switches, and projectors, ensuring inventory and proper control. Additionally, the role involves coordinating the delivery of equipment, ANAM resources, and services to military installations worldwide, in collaboration with the IMT NCAT Project Manager and ANAM testers. Concurrently, the Logistics Specialist Hybrid supports the NCAT program by acting as a Surge Proctor during designated periods, delivering high-quality neurocognitive assessments and ensuring stringent adherence to all testing protocols. This combined role is vital for maintaining continuous operational readiness and ensuring that the cognitive health assessments are executed proficiently to support the overall readiness and long-term wellness of military personnel.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Logistics (70%)
?Tracks all Government Furnished Equipment and ANAM nonexpendable property
?Oversee the Equipment Repair Process
?Track incoming/outgoing equipment
?Maintain stock pile of Readily Available Equipment to include standalone laptops, POD Imaged Laptops, Surge Pod Equipment, downrange imaged equipment
?Keep on File, track and facilitate the ANAM Program Manager?s Hand Receipt
?Oversee the shipping process within the ANAM Program
?Tracks each shipment on shipping tracking log
?Maintains costs at the lowest cost to the company and the Government
?Facilitates supply orders and stockage levels
?Communicates with embedded sites to identify any equipment deficiency?s
?Understand and demonstrate common remedies to frequently asked questions of the ANAM
?Highly proficient as users of office automation equipment
?Perform any additional duties as required by the Operations Manager.

Surge Proctor (30%)
?Conduct high-volume neurocognitive testing using the ANAM during surge operations.
?Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot testing equipment to ensure seamless operation and test integrity.
?Coordinate with local IMT site points of contact to ensure smooth operation of testing activities.
?Rapidly address, report, and remedy any issues with testing systems to minimize disruptions.

Travel to various locations as required, maintaining a high level of readiness and operational effectiveness.
