Responsibilities
?Administers prescribed treatments and physical modalities to aid in the restoration of function and the prevention of disability post-injury, illness, or physical impairment as directed by a referring physician.
?Helps individuals achieve their highest potential and functioning levels by adapting to their capabilities.
?Participates with all other home care personnel in patient care planning.

Qualifications
?Obtaining a degree from an accredited institution in Physical Therapy is obligatory.
?Possess a state-sanctioned license that is up to date.
?Being skilled at engaging with patients, family members, physicians, superiors, and coworkers is a must
