We are seeking a dedicated Park Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure outstanding customer service, and drive profitability for our locations.

Job Responsibilities
?Oversee the day-to-day management of RV parks, campgrounds, and Airbnb rental properties.
?Ensure all properties are well-maintained, clean, and ready for guest arrivals.
?Manage reservations, guest communications, and on-site services.
?Hire, train, and supervise on-site staff and maintenance personnel.
?Monitor budgets, expenses, and revenue to optimize profitability.
?Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
?Conduct regular inspections to maintain safety and compliance standards.
?Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and local authorities as needed.
?Develop marketing strategies to increase bookings and guest engagement.

Qualifications & Skills
?Experience in hospitality management, property management, or related field.
?Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
?Excellent communication and customer service skills.
?Ability to manage budgets and analyze financial reports.
?Hands-on approach with the ability to perform maintenance when needed.
?Proficiency in property management software and booking platforms (e.g., Airbnb, VRBO, Roverpass, Firefly) is preferred but not necessary.
