Responsibilities
? Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of daily business activities.

? Assist with basic accounting tasks including data entry, invoice processing, payment request submittals, and reconciliations.

? Maintain accurate and organized records of Data Acquisition financial transactions.

? Handle direct correspondence with data furnishers to update contact information, reset credentials, confirm account status, and assist in general inquiries.

? Work closely with data analysts and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide relevant data sets.

? Analyze and interpret data set trends and perform analytic tasks as needed.
,
? Acquire latent data through persistent but friendly contact with data suppliers.
,
? Regularly monitor proprietary application for scanned mail and distribute documents to appropriate team(s).
,
? Review incoming data from numerous sources to ensure expected format, file extension, and fields are present.
,
? Generate monthly mail merge to mass request court record data on a regular cadence.
,
? Troubleshoot issues as needed.
,
? Enter data from court records into proprietary database; track copy expenses.
Requirements
? Two years of experience in an administrative or operations role, or equivalent industry experience.
,
? Must be an organized, detail-oriented team player capable of supporting a fast-paced group.
,
? Exceptional detail-oriented ability and fast typing skills.
,
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
,
? Ability to manage established objectives with flexibility and willingness to present change and new methods for success.

? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
