Part Time Data Analyst

The Data Analyst???s role in Pathway Healthcare???s mission TO HELP PEOPLE is to assist in building Pathway???s clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction data reporting capabilities. This data reporting will be used to determine strategic actions related to the continuous improvement of clinical outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

To fulfill the role, the Data Analyst must possess:
? Proficiency in SQL with experience in report design and data dashboard development.
? Experience with IBM Cognos Reporting preferred.
? Working knowledge and experience with Python and/or R for data wrangling and analysis preferred.
? Experience working with medical, lab, and other health data preferred.
? Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and applicable state and federal laws.
? Ability to work independently and a high level of attention to detail required.

This role is part-time, with a maximum of 16 hours each week.
