Your Role:
? Client Impact:
Conduct client assessments and supervise ongoing ABA programs, ensuring high-quality, individualized care.
? Family Empowerment:
Provide tailored ABA training for parents and caregivers, making a real difference in their lives.
? Team Leadership:
Oversee and mentor paraprofessionals delivering one-on-one ABA services, and continuously adapt ABA procedures to respect cultural diversity.
? Continuous Improvement:

Qualifications: ? Current BCBA certification ? Expertise in administering and interpreting clinical assessments ? Demonstrated clinical competence and sound judgment ? Strong ability to train and supervise paraprofessionals ? Commitment to cultural diversity and adaptability ? Eagerness to embrace supervision, learn continuously, and grow professionally
