Grievance Analyst - Caseworker

? Researching, resolving, and communicating issues regarding Medicare Part D coverage and benefits.
? Work cross functionally with different departments to support member concerns.
? Outreach to members with resolutions.
? Detail-oriented with proficient research skills and ability to analyze data.
? Close grievances cases daily, maintaining high quality standards.
Requirements: ? 2 plus years of experience working within a customer service role on several computer applications and complex databases for research, including Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and Outlook). ? Previous experience within Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or pharmaceutical related industry (preferred). ? Previous Med D grievance experience (preferred). ? Bachelors Degree preferred.
