PT Customer Service Representative (5-10 hrs/wk, nights & weekends)
Posted 2025-04-22We are seeking friendly and resourceful Customer Service Representatives to work in our in-house Call Center. Primary responsibilities include taking orders over the phone, answering customer inquiries, and tracking orders.
Additional responsibilities include:
Provide excellent customer service to every customer.
Troubleshoot common customer concerns or issues.
Understand Punch Pizza's menu in depth.
Navigate online ordering website.
Starting pay is $18.00 with skill based raises.
Part time hours available.
