Roles and Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming merchandise and track inventory
• Gather and pack orders for shipment
• Assist with loading boxes for dispatch
• Operate barcode scanners on items
• Follow digital screens or instructions
• Take initiative to solve any challenges that arise
• Monitor product quality
• Use power industrial trucks (PIT) and work at elevated areas (training and certifications are provided)

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 49lbs
• Push, pull, and maneuver carts weighing up to 60lbs
• Stand, walk, and engage in physical activities such as bending, reaching, and squatting during work hours
• Operate carts, dollies, hand trucks, and related equipment
• Climb stairs and work at heights, when required
• Adhere to strict safety, quality, and operational guidelines

Work Environment:

• Active warehouse setting with machinery in motion
• Safety equipment and clear instructions provided to all associates
• Standing, walking, or climbing stairs for extended periods may be necessary
• Temperatures can range from moderate to warm, particularly in certain areas of the facility
• Background noise may be present; hearing protection is offered
• Casual yet safety-focused dress code
