The Senior Support Assistant role provides key support to various teams with the Disney Live Entertainment (DLE) Costuming organization. The role will anticipate the needs of the business and those they support while always looking for new efficient ways to go about their daily responsibilities. This position reports to the Area Manager of Costume Production and Sustainment This is a full-time position. What You Will Do Book travel for costuming teams using internal systems and Concur Document, track, and monitor the department?s project/travel master calendar Assist with shipping and tracking packages for the department as assigned Perform SAP transactions such as identifying and resolving costing issues Prepare journal entries and handle month-end processing requirements Handle confidential information Use tools such as Excel to review, analyze, and quality check data, identifying and elevating discrepancies for resolution Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by leadership Required Qualifications & Skills Experience working in a support and/or administrative role Experience with costing/warehousing applications such as SAP Experience communication (both written & verbal) with all levels of partners Experience using Microsoft Office suite and/or Smartsheet Experience identifying and solving issues with a continuous improvement mindset Experience prioritizing workload and communication collision points Experience in an environment where attention to detail is key Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP Warehousing/Costing module Experience using Concur Experience delivering exceptional customer service through phone and email communication Education High School diploma or equivalent is required Advanced degree in Business, Communications, or related field is preferred Additional Information Benefits and Perks: Disney offers a rewards package to help you live your best life.
