As a Live Chat Assistant, you will interact with customers, assist them with their inquiries, and handle any potential issues that may arise during their interaction with our company.
Responsibilities
Answer customer inquiries promptly via live chat, providing professional and accurate information.

Maintain a deep knowledge of company services to offer relevant solutions and support to customers.

Identify customer concerns and challenges, escalating them to the appropriate team when necessary.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. Higher educational level would be a plus.
