We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our remote team.
Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to provide excellent support on a part-time basis. This remote position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work with a collaborative team. We utilize Slack and Google Meets for team communication.
Responsibilities:
?Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email and social media.
? Collaborate with the operations manager to effectively communicate with customers regarding preorder shipments, defective/damaged products, backordered items, and product inquiries.
? Manage returns, refunds, and exchanges using Loop Returns.
? Communicate with the warehouse team regarding inventory status and incoming/outgoing shipments.
Requirements:
? Proficient in Google Suite, including Gmail, Drive, and Sheets.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
? Experience with Shopify is required.
? Experience with Loop Returns, Gorgias, and Aims360 is a significant plus.
? Interest and previous experience in customer service and/or ecommerce.
? Ability to work 15-30 hours per week. Must be available to work during standard U.S. business hours within the Eastern Standard Time Zone. Availability during Holidays and Weekends during peak periods (November-December and major sales events) is required.
