We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused <strong>Member Service Representative II (MSR II)</strong> to join our <strong>remote contact center team</strong> in <strong>Southern California (SoCal)</strong>. As an MSR II, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, handling inquiries, processing transactions, and assisting with account-related concerns.
