In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new programs and strategies that align with the bank's risk appetite and established limits. You will also work closely with our Consumer Banking Business Controls Leadership team to ensure overall operational integrity of the Mortgage business from a first line compliance risk perspective.

Responsibilities will include:
? Managing the development and implementation of risk management frameworks and policies
? Conducting risk assessments and identifying areas for improvement
? Collaborating with colleagues across the 2nd and 3rd lines to strengthen the control environment and enhance risk management practices
? Providing informed and valuable risk and control perspectives to executive management
