Responsibilities
? Determine coverage for claims

? Assess liability to identify who is at fault for damages

? Interview customers, claimants, and witnesses

? Partner with appraisers and estimators to manage vehicle repairs

? Negotiate with customers and other insurance carriers to resolve claims

Requirements
? Three years of relevant work experience

? Bachelor's degree

? Two years of relevant work experience and an associate degree
