? ** Interpret and evaluate medical reports, monitor legal and medical billings, and investigate for proper charges.
? ** Manage local defense counsel to direct claims handling to settlement.
? ** Negotiate and settle complex bodily injury claims involving catastrophic injuries or fatalities.
