Embedded Firmware Test Engineer

This design consultancy is seeking an experienced SDET to join their team and play a pivotal role in improving software quality through cutting-edge automation and testing.

Primarily working on embedded software and firmware you must have good knowledge of Embedded C and experience writing unit tests. You will work closely with client development teams to integrate testing into the software development lifecycle and implement continuous testing within CI/CD pipelines.

Key responsibilities include:
? Knowledge of Embedded C programming language
? Experience of unit testing embedded software and firmware
? Developing and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks
? Collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements and define comprehensive test strategies
? Identifying and reporting bugs, working with developers to replicate and resolve issues
? Providing technical guidance to testing teams on automation and best practices
