Job Description

We're searching for an exceptional Computer Programmer Lead who can grow with the company and has 8+ years of hands-on experience to join our team in Arlington, VA. Main Responsibilities: ? Ensure computer programmers create, modify, and test code and scripts that allow computer applications to run. ? Validate specifications drawn up by software and web developers for the team. ? Develop and write computer programs to store, locate, and retrieve documents, data, and information. ? Mentor a team of junior, journeymen and senior software developers to write and maintain software for the OM&S program. ? Ensure the team programs, configures, tests and fixes bugs within OM&S software. Requirements: ? Expertise in one or more programming languages is required. ? Ability to apply advanced methodologies as applicable to Operations, Maintenance and Sustainment (OM&S) of Mission Partner Environments (MPE). ?
