Placement Team Lead

? Conduct thorough searches for placement resources, including relative, foster home, treatment foster home, group home, and higher level of care options.
? Collaborate with case managers, licensing specialists, and permanency consultants to identify the most suitable placement options for each child.
? Develop and maintain relationships with placement providers to ensure timely and effective placements.
? Ensure accurate and professional documentation of all referrals, files, and data tracking.
? Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available resources and placement options to inform decision-making.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
? A Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field.
? Experience working with children in out-of-home care, preferably in a Child Welfare setting.
? Strong assessment skills to determine the best placement matches for children.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with children, families, and professionals.
? Proficiency in computer software packages, including Microsoft Office and Cobris.
? Valid Wisconsin Driver's License and reliable transportation.
? Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
