TEXAS RESIDENT Life and Health Insurance License required.
? Proven industry experience.
? Strong written and verbal communication skills.
? Self-motivated and results-driven.
? Must be at least 18 years old and pass a criminal background check.
? Authorized to work in the United States without need of visa sponsorship.
? Must be an experienced licensed life & health agent.

? Conduct virtual presentations with employers to position the value of Aflac.
? Educate employees on available benefits packages and support enrollment needs.
? Provide ongoing enrollment to clients of one of the largest enrollment firms in the country.
? Attend Virtual team meetings and trainings.
