Benefits & Compensation

Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 per year

PTO: Competitive PTO package

Retirement: Company sponsored retirement plan

Other: Hybrid work model (3 days onsite required per week)

Responsibilities For The Software Engineer
? Design and implement scalable software solutions that align with business objectives
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and create technical specifications
? Lead the development and implementation of architecture frameworks
? Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams
? Ensure solutions meet quality standards and best practices

Preferred Experience For The Software Engineer
? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
? 5+ years of experience in software architecture and development
? Strong knowledge of cloud technologies and infrastructure
? Experience with modern development frameworks and methodologies
? Excellent communication and leadership skills
