CAD Drafter for Surveying

Your responsibility will be drafting for the surveying department. (Plats, Existing Conditions, site plans, grading certifications, field to finish coding, etc.)

Qualifications Include:

? High School Diploma or GED

? Valid driver's License

? Minimum of 3 years experience as a Drafter

? Strong understanding of mathematics and surveying computations

? Ability and/or Experience in Drafting multiple types of surveys including but not limited to Construction Staking, ALTA, Boundaries, Constructions, Elevation Certificates, Topographic Surveys, and Land Survey Plats

? Ability and experience reading construction plans

The Ideal Candidate will Possess the Following:

? Strong knowledge of surveying principles a plus

? Experience with Carlson software both in the field and office

? Ability to write Legal Descriptions and perform Deed and Legal Research

? Ability to perform Field to Finish Coding

? Excellent oral and written communication skills

? Ability to handle multiple tasks

Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 ? 40 per week
