Responsibilities: ? Works closely with customers and discusses our discounts. ? Resolves issues about any of our discounts or programs. ? Reaches out to customers and sets appointments. ? Cross-sells to our customers with regards to the Multi-Line discount. ? Handles incoming calls and answers any questions. ? Collects payments and makes policy changes. ? Sets up bill accounts and works on other simple billing requests. ? Submits claims paperwork that is requested by the claim?s representatives. ? Provides proof of insurance documents that are requested by clients. ? May assist with INFB Health Plans. ? Any additional duties assigned by management.
Requirements for Success:
? High school diploma or GED equivalent.
? 3 years of customer service experience, insurance experience preferred.
? Property & Casualty insurance license required or must be able to obtain this license within a year.
? Working knowledge of Farm Bureau discounts and programs or ability to learn this information quickly.
? Ability to communicate with a variety of audiences.
? Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
? Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
? Ability to interact professionally with our internal and external clients.
? Proficient in using Android and Apple phones.
? Ability to have patience and understanding in guiding customers through technology.
