Responsibilities
? Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service.

? Assist clients in selecting appropriate insurance policies that align with their needs.
? Manage sales administration tasks, including processing applications and maintaining accurate records.
? Engage in outside sales activities to expand the client base and increase market presence.
? Provide guidance on HIPAA regulations as they pertain to insurance products.
? Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance.
? Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and changes in regulations.

Requirements
? Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail or outside sales environments.
? Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and client needs.
? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
? Ability to work independently as well as part of a team-oriented environment.
? A valid insurance license may be required based on state regulations.
